RESERVATION GUIDELINES:
- Weekend 2 night minimum.
- Holiday weekend 4 night minimum.
- Deposits are required for all reservations. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- If you have reserved a lot for a specific date and the lot has been leased for the season we will make every effort to find another suitable lot for you.
- ALL GUESTS ARE $5.00 a day.
RV & BOAT STORAGE RATES : (year round storage)
$80 Month Inside Storage
Cars & Trucks accepted $30 Base Rate per month Outside Storage
Anything over 30ft is $1.00 per ft extra per month outside only
NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

Weekend - $40.00
Checks are accepted . $50.00 fee for returned checks and lot reservation will be forfeited. MC/Visa is accepted. A fee of $50 applies when paying for Lease by credit card.
