Policies & Procedures

 

  •  
    • RV’s must be self-contained units with hard shell exteriors. Pop-ups are allowed. Please, one famiy. Visitor parking available near bathhouse or on the bank road.   Guest fees apply  @ $5.00 per person per day per person when quests  are spending the night and using the bathhouse and pool.   All visitors must register at the office.
    • The speed limit is 5MPH around the camp. Be aware of children playing on the blacktop. Please do not park vehicles on the grass. Stay on paved roadways. Bikes are permitted on paved roads only.  Bike racks available near bathhouse. Please no bikes permitted near bath house  or pool unless parked in the bike rack.
    • Pets are allowed, however must be on a leash. Please clean up after your pet and keep it in your own site. Barking dogs will not be tolerated.
    • Washing RV’s or vehicles of any kind is not permitted. Changing oil or repairing vehicles is not permitted.
    • Illegal drugs, firearms,  individual fireworks or open fires are not permitted. 
    • Quite hours are 10:00PM -7:00 AM. Generator use is allowed outside of quiet hours if it does not disturb other RV campers. If you are leaving the camp for extended periods, please conserve your electricity.
    • Intoxication or any creation of disturbance, annoyance or disorderly conduct will result in immediate eviction. No refund will be given under any circumstances.
    • Unsafe, cluttered or unsightly RV sites will not be tolerated. Camp lawn mowing takes place on Wednesday or Thursdays.  Please pick up around your site.  Personal belongings will not be moved such as chairs, lawn furniture, bikes ....RV dumping is done on Mondays or Tuesdays.
    • During inclimate weather, the Bathhouse is the safest place to take cover. 
    • All trash must  be bagged and tied and put in the dumpster near the  restrooms. Trash cans near bath house are not considered a dumpster.
    • Do not feed wildlife in the area. Do not leave trash outside your RV at night.
    • Movies are shown weekend nights at the Pavillion. If you bring snacks, please pick up after your family.
    • Campfires are permitted in firepits only and must be attended by an adult at all times. Do not move firepits or burn trash in them. FIREPITS ARE NOT TRASH CANS.  No Bonfires per State Fire Marshall.
    • Please observe the no trespassing signs. Fishing and walking trails are on site. Be aware poison oak and ivy may be in wooded area.
    • Swimming permitted for registered campers only. Guest fees for swimmers are posted at office. Pool hours are 10:00am to 8:pm daily weather permitting.  Please note : no children allowed to enter pool without parent accompanying them. Must be 16 years old to swim without parent in attendance. Pool hours are 10am until 8pm daily weather permitting.  Swimming restrictions and rules are posted at pool area. Please, wash muddy feet off before entering the pool area and restrooms. NO SMOKING in the bathhouse or pool area. No throwing rocks around pool area.  Persons caught throwing rocks will not be permitted to enter pool area. 
    • No  ATV  or motor bikes are permitted. Golf carts are permitted. Must be 16 years of age to drive a golf cart with a valid drivers permit.  
    •  The Salt Creek is for fishing and not swimming. Wading and swimming is prohibited in the Salt Creek. It is mud bottom creek and not meant for swimming. 
    • Movies may be shown on weekend nights at the Pavilion. If you bring snacks please pick up your trash and dispose of after attending the movie. 
    • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. 
  •       This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the Campground, it's officers, of all liability for loss or damage to property, person  and  or injury, death to his person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the campground, it's officers, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property, person, or injury, death  to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
